Our story
We founded Gowler Homes in 2016 with a simple purpose: to build exceptional homes where families thrive and memories are made.
What began as a shared passion for thoughtfully designed spaces has grown into one of Colorado's trusted luxury custom-home building companies. Today, we guide families through every stage of the journey, from early planning and design through construction and completion, with clarity, care, and meticulous attention to detail. Our goal is to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and a thoughtful, well-managed building experience, with clear communication, responsible budget management, and careful attention to every detail.
We never take lightly the trust a family places in us to build their home. Every project is deeply personal, and we consider it a privilege to guide our clients through the decisions, details, and possibilities involved in bringing their vision to life.

Matt and Tiffany Gowler.
Two people who set out to build great homes for great people, and who would be honored to serve your family on the way to yours.
Matt Gowler
Founder & President
A builder for more than 23 years, Matt is the visionary behind Gowler Homes. His background as a musician shapes the creativity he brings to custom homes, land development, and leadership. He loves seeing what could be, and bringing it to life. Matt is a passionate follower of Jesus and proud father of four who enjoys golf, skiing, fly fishing, great music, and really good coffee.
Tiffany Gowler
Founder & Creative Director
A Colorado Springs native and co-founder of Gowler Homes, Tiffany brings warmth, creativity, and a natural gift for creating beautiful, inviting spaces. She earned a degree in Early Childhood Education and worked as a teacher before raising and homeschooling four children. Tiffany enjoys gardening, hobby farming, and cheering on her kids. Through @growingupgowler, she inspires others to cultivate lives filled with beauty, meaning, and intention.

Nick Homrich
Pre-Construction Manager
With a degree in mechanical engineering and experience managing commercial projects, including sports stadiums, Nick brings technical insight and strong leadership to pre-construction. He guides clients while coordinating architects, engineers, designers, and estimators to set each home up for success. Outside of work, he loves raising his daughters, spending time with family, working out, and tackling the Manitou Incline.
John Lynn
Project Manager
With a degree in electrical engineering, John brings technical expertise and exceptional attention to detail to every project. He joined Gowler Homes as a Field Assistant, later served as a Superintendent, and now leads as a Project Manager with accuracy, resourcefulness, and a relational approach. A devoted husband and father of four, John is also a worship leader, guitarist, chicken keeper, and the person everyone trusts to fix just about anything.
Rod Ross
Superintendent
With more than 40 years of building experience in Colorado Springs and a background in architecture, Rod brings deep expertise and a trusted network to every project. He has built award-winning homes throughout the region and is known for his creativity, exacting standards, and commitment to quality. Outside of work, he enjoys officiating hockey and spending time with his family and dogs.
Jacob Hadden
Field Assistant
Jacob grew up on a Native American reservation in South Dakota, where his family served the local community in many ways, including through construction. His hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn make him a valuable part of the field team. He attended Impact 360 Institute and is pursuing a degree in communication and biblical studies.
Lindsay Mendoza
Billing Coordinator
With a background in office administration and a degree in nutrition, Lindsay brings organization, accuracy, and a cheerful spirit to the Gowler Homes team. She helps keep project billing clear, organized, and on time while supporting clients and colleagues with kindness and care.
Braelyn Gowler
Content Creator & Client Experience Coordinator
Having grown up in a homebuilding family, Braelyn understands the care behind creating a meaningful home. She previously worked as a content creator for Pine Cove Camps and attended Impact 360 Institute. Creative, friendly, and loyal, she uses photography and thoughtful experiences to help clients feel valued throughout their journey.
